Delivery through Innovation
Tiron Homes was founded by Welsh Government and Principality Building Society as a vehicle to secure long-term institutional finance for the delivery of affordable homes. The innovative model enables the delivery of affordable homes, at a large scale, without the need for Social Housing Grant.
The efficient not-for-profit charitable structure makes it possible to deliver otherwise unviable projects whilst delivering maximum social impact.
