Housing & Local Government Minister reviews progress at The Mill

Julie James AM & Minister for Housing & Local Government visited The Mill today to witness the progress being made on phase (b) of Tirion’s homes as well making a tour of Lovell’s Marketing Suite and show homes. 

Phase (b) of the high-quality affordable homes started construction earlier this year with a mix of two and three-bed houses, which will be available from November 2019.  The scheme at The Mill is expected to take a further three years to build with completion in 2022.
